Healthy Seed and Chocolate Bars

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup Mixed Seeds Sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, flax
- 0.5 cup Rolled Oats
- 0.25 cup Shredded Coconut Unsweetened
- 0.25 cup Chopped Nuts Almonds, walnuts
- 0.25 cup Dark Chocolate Chips 70% cacao or higher
Wet Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil Melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Sea Salt Pinch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed seeds, rolled oats, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and dark chocolate chips.1 cup Mixed Seeds, 0.5 cup Rolled Oats, 0.25 cup Shredded Coconut, 0.25 cup Chopped Nuts, 0.25 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- In a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt coconut oil. Stir in honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract. Add a pinch of sea salt.0.25 cup Honey or Maple Syrup, 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil, 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet. Press firmly and evenly to create a compact layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden brown around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, cut into bars.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or in the refrigerator for longer storage.
