Roasted Cajun Cauliflower

Ingredients
Cauliflower
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning store-bought or homemade
Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
Optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Make sure the cauliflower is evenly coated.1 head cauliflower
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
