Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets

Cajun Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning store-bought or homemade

Olive Oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin

Optional

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Make sure the cauliflower is evenly coated.

  • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the Cajun seasoning. Serve as a side dish or snack.
