No Flour or Sugar Apple Biscuits
These biscuits are a healthy and delicious treat made without any flour or sugar. Perfect for a guilt-free snack or breakfast!

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour finely ground
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon ground
- 0.25 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 large apple Granny Smith or similar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grate the apple and melt the coconut oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the grated apple, applesauce, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract (if using) to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the biscuits cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
