Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour finely ground
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 large apple Granny Smith or similar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grate the apple and melt the coconut oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Add the grated apple, applesauce, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract (if using) to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let the biscuits cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
