Raspberry Vinegar
A vibrant and healthy raspberry vinegar, perfect for salads, marinades, and sauces.

- 1 Large Glass Jar For infusing the vinegar.
- 1 Fine-Mesh Strainer To strain the vinegar.
- 1 Bottles For storing the finished vinegar.

- 4 cups fresh raspberries Organic preferred
- 4 cups white wine vinegar Good quality
Instructions
- In a clean, large glass jar, combine the raspberries and white wine vinegar.
- Cover the jar with a non-reactive lid or plastic wrap secured with a rubber band. Let it sit in a cool, dark place for 2 weeks (14 days), stirring or shaking gently every day.
- After 2 weeks, strain the vinegar through a fine-mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth. Discard the solids.
- Pour the strained raspberry vinegar into clean bottles. Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place. The vinegar will keep for several months.
Notes
Adjust the raspberry to vinegar ratio for a stronger or milder flavor. For a sweeter vinegar, add a small amount of sugar or honey after straining.
