Ingredients
All-Purpose Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons dried onion powder
- 2 tablespoons dried garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons ground thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Chili Powder
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper Adjust to taste for heat
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
Italian Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
- 0.5 tablespoon dried parsley
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the selected seasoning blend.
- Whisk together until well combined.
- Transfer to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
Notes
Adjust ingredient amounts to suit your taste preferences. For a smoother blend, grind the herbs and spices in a spice grinder before mixing.
