Ingredients
  

All-Purpose Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons dried onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons ground thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Chili Powder

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper Adjust to taste for heat
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano

Italian Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
  • 0.5 tablespoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the selected seasoning blend.
  • Whisk together until well combined.
  • Transfer to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.

Notes

Adjust ingredient amounts to suit your taste preferences. For a smoother blend, grind the herbs and spices in a spice grinder before mixing.
