Ingredients
  

Seeds

  • 0.5 cup pumpkin seeds hulled
  • 0.25 cup sunflower seeds shelled
  • 0.25 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt

Other

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all seeds and spices. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread the seed mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  • Let the seeds cool completely on the baking sheet before serving or storing in an airtight container.
