Healthy Cauliflower and Spinach Saute
A quick and easy recipe combining the goodness of cauliflower and spinach, packed with nutrients and flavor. Perfect as a healthy side dish or a light meal.

Ingredients
Produce
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 5 oz Spinach
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 0.25 cup Onion chopped
Pantry
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 0.25 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly tender.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the spinach wilts.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well to combine. Serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
